Καθώς η ώρα για μία από τις πλέον υποσχόμενες feel-good προτάσεις του φετινού καλοκαιριού πλησιάζει, (διαβάστε την άποψή μας για την ταινία εδώ) , η Warner είπε να μας ζεστάνει για τα καλά με ένα έξυπνο πλασάρισμα της ταινίας της, αντίστοιχο της αισθητικής της εποχής στην οποία αναφέρεται.
Και αφού το «The Nice Guys» του Σέιν Μπλακ («Iron Man 3», «Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang») είναι βουτηγμένo στο Λος Άντζελες των 70s, τι πιο ταιριαστό από ένα εντελώς ρετρό τρέιλερ, σαν αυτό που ακολουθεί και που μοιάζει βγαλμένο από χρονομηχανή, τα σκονισμένα κιτάπια ίσως κάποιου χολιγουντιανού στούντιο ή τη λατρεμένη «τίμια» ομάδα των Screen Junkies που μας κερνά τα περίφημα «Honest Trailers».

Για να σας φρεσκάρουμε λίγο τα της υπόθεσης, να θυμίσουμε πως ένας παλαιστής (Ράσελ Κρόου) και ένας ιδιωτικός ντετέκτιβ της συμφοράς (Ράιαν Γκόσλινγκ) προσπαθήσουν να λύσουν το μυστήριο ενός φόνου. Ντίσκο, έγκλημα, βία, χιούμορ και αίμα συνδυάζονται φυσικά στον φρενήρη κόσμο των «Καλών Παιδιών».
Όπως εξηγεί ο ίδιος ο σκηνοθέτης, πρόκειται για μία ταινία «αυστηρώς ακατάλληλη… λίγο γοργή, λίγο αστεία και λίγο τραχιά επιμέρους. Οι ήρωες είναι άνθρωποι της πιάτσας κι όχι σοφιστικέ αστυνομικοί, οπότε μου δόθηκε η ευκαιρία να κάνουμε μία ταινία που δεν βλέπουμε συχνά».
Να θυμίσουμε επίσης πως η ταινία επανενώνει το πρωταγωνιστικό δίδυμο Κρόου-Μπέισινγκερ του «Λος Αντζελες Εμπιστευτικό» 19 χρόνια μετά την οσκαρική ταινία του Κέρτις Χάνσον, σε μία ιστορία που μπλέκει την εξαφάνιση ενός κοριτσιού, έναν νεκρό πορνοστάρ και μία μεγάλη συνωμοσία που φτάνει σε υψηλά κλιμάκια της εξουσίας.

Τα «Καλά Παιδιά» αναμένονται στις αίθουσες στις 26 Μαΐου 2016 και όσοι είδαν την ταινία έγραψαν εκστατικές κριτικές στο twitter.
